The wool journey connects pastures, skilled hands and local livelihoods. Producers already carry deep knowledge. Access to testing, suitable processes, training and shared facilities can help that knowledge go further.
Doru brings these needs into one institutional framework: research, standardisation, capacity development and common infrastructure. Our focus here is Himalayan wool and the people who spin, weave and work with it.
We are developing our first programmes with producer communities and prospective government, CSR and research partners.
